My name is Blair Stallings and I am the school counselor at Chickasaw Elementary. This will be my 12th year as a school counselor. I also taught middle school language arts before becoming a school counselor. I have worked with kindergarten through twelfth grade students and love the elementary age group! I got my bachelors degree and masters degree at the University of Mississippi. I also have my specialist degree from Arkansas State University. I am a National Certified Counselor and a National Certified School Counselor.

My goal at CES is to make all students feel loved and cared for daily. I want them to see the best in themselves and know they are capable of anything.
