My name is Marché Phillips and I’m extremely excited about being the assistant principal at Chickasaw Elementary! Making a difference in the lives of your children is what I will work diligently to accomplish here at CES.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Mississippi State University in Elementary Education. My Master’s Degree from The University of Mississippi was in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Elementary Education. My Educational Specialist Degree from Union University was in Educational Leadership. I’ve been in education for 21 years, and all of my experience has been in elementary. My educational career began in the Marshall County School District. I was there for 5 years. During that time, I was fortunate to gain experience not only as a teacher but also as an Instructional Facilitator and a Reading First Literacy Coach. I began teaching in Desoto County in 2008 at Center Hill Elementary School. After serving as assistant principal at Lake Cormorant Elementary and Olive Branch Elementary School, I am now proud to be serving the students and parents at CES.

I’m the mother of a beautiful daughter named Morgan Kamille. My ultimate goal in life is to ensure that she has the necessary tools for success, especially academically. I desire this goal for your children as well. I look forward to meeting the entire Chickasaw Elementary community!
